1. New Products Limited Warranty

Fenarrio provides a 2-Year Limited Warranty for new Fenarrio products.

Fenarrio warrants that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions for two (2) years from the original purchase date.

The product must be:

  • Used according to the provided instructions

  • Installed correctly where applicable

  • Maintained under normal conditions


2. Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, if a product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, Fenarrio may provide an appropriate solution, including:

  • Product inspection and troubleshooting

  • Replacement parts (where available)

  • Product repair

  • Product replacement

  • Refund where required by applicable consumer laws

The solution will depend on:

  • Product condition

  • Type of defect

  • Product availability

  • Applicable consumer protection requirements


3. Proof of Purchase

To receive warranty service, customers may be required to provide valid proof of purchase.

Accepted proof includes:

  • Order confirmation email

  • Invoice

  • Receipt from an authorized sales channel

The warranty period starts from the original purchase date.


4. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

  • Missing components after purchase due to customer handling


5. Replacement Parts and Products

If replacement parts or products are provided under warranty:

  • Replacement parts may be new or equivalent replacement components

  • Replaced products or parts become the property of Fenarrio where applicable

  • Replacement does not restart the original warranty period unless required by law

The original warranty period continues to apply.


6. How to Request Warranty Service

  • Photos or videos showing the problem (if applicable)

7. Warranty Shipping

For confirmed warranty cases caused by manufacturing defects, Fenarrio will provide support for the warranty process.

Where applicable, Fenarrio may cover reasonable shipping costs related to approved warranty claims.

8. Returns and Refunds

Warranty service is separate from Fenarrio’s return policy.
