1.Return Window
We offer a 30-day free return policy.
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your product.
2. Eligible Conditions
To be eligible for a return under our 30-day return policy, items must meet the following conditions:
• The product may have been used or tested in a reasonable manner, and remains fully functional
• The product must be returned with all original parts, accessories, and components included
• The product should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible
• The product must be free from damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or accidents
Returns will not be accepted if:
• Any parts, accessories, or components are missing
• The product is damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• The product is not in a condition suitable for resale
If an item is returned incomplete or damaged, Fenarrio reserves the right to reject the return or issue a partial refund depending on the condition of the product.

To initiate a return or replacement, please contact:

Please include:
• Order number
• Product name
• Reason for return
• Photos or videos (if applicable)
Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours.
5. Free Return Shipping
Fenarrio offers free returns within the 30-day return period for eligible orders. Fenarrio will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return shipping label after your return request has been approved. Free return shipping applies to:
• Change of mind
• Product not meeting expectations
• Damaged or defective items
• Incorrect item received Customers do not need to pay return shipping fees for approved returns. Please contact our customer support team before sending back any product. Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we aim to process refunds within 2–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. In accordance with applicable consumer laws, refunds will be completed no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
7. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns may not be accepted if:
• Items show signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer
• Original packaging or essential components are missing
• Products are not in resellable condition
8. Return Method
After your return request is approved, Fenarrio will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
Depending on your location, returns may be completed via:
• Prepaid return shipping label
• Local carrier drop-off
• Pickup arranged by logistics partner (where available) Please follow the return instructions provided by our customer support team to ensure successful processing.
9. Warranty
All Fenarrio products come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
