Shipping & Delivery

1.Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the following European countries:
Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania.
We continuously expand our logistics coverage to serve more families across Europe.

Orders are shipped via DHL/UPS or trusted logistics partners.
Please note:
• Delivery coverage may vary by region and postal code
• Some remote areas, islands, or special postal codes may not be serviceable
• In rare cases, the logistics partners may use local partner carriers for final delivery
If your address cannot be delivered, our support team will contact you promptly to arrange a solution.


 2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after cutoff time or during weekends will be processed on the next business day.


 3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
Germany:
2–5 business days

France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria:
3–7 business days

Italy, Spain, Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary:
4–8 business days

Sweden, Finland, Romania:
5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, local delivery conditions, public holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees
• Free standard shipping on all Fenarrio orders within eligible EU countries
• No minimum order value required
Any exceptional shipping costs (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Taxes & Customs
For EU orders:
• All prices displayed on Fenarrio.com include applicable VAT for eligible EU orders.
• VAT is applied based on the destination country where applicable
No hidden fees will be charged after checkout.

6. Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted logistics partners:
• DHL
• UPS
• FedEx
• Amazon Logistics
• Other regional logistics partners depending on destination

7. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing:
• Tracking number
• Carrier information
• Tracking link
You can track your shipment in real time.

8. Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, we aim to ship them together whenever possible.
However, depending on warehouse availability, items may be shipped separately. In such cases, multiple tracking numbers will be provided.


 9. Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
1. Check around your delivery location
2. Ask household members or neighbors
3. Contact the carrier using your tracking number

10. Address Changes
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.
